Below are our current openings. All positions are full time unless otherwise noted.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG weld aluminum frame docks, boat lifts, and accessories
• Occasionally weld steel parts and beams using Stick and MIG processes
• Perform welding in both a shop environment and on site as required
• Cut, drill, and prepare aluminum and steel materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding (aluminum experience required)
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately
• Comfortable working in a shop environment and occasionally on site
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day shop and yard tasks including grass cutting, shop maintenance, and snow removal
• Load and unload trailers and materials
• Screw down decking panels and assist with dock and boat lift assembly
• Support the team with general labour and shop-related tasks
• Operate a forklift (training provided)
  
  

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Physically capable of performing manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift experience is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build docks and components in the yard
• Travel to job sites with a crew to perform dock and boat lift installations
• Assist with demolition and removal of existing docks and structures
• Work comfortably around water and varying outdoor conditions
• Operate tools and equipment required for installation work
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or outdoor installation work is an asset
• Comfortable working around water and on job sites
• Boating license preferred but not required
• Strong teamwork skills and a hands-on approach to work

Full Time – Summer

Responsibilities

• Learn a variety of hands-on skills related to docks and boat lifts
• Use hand tools including drills, impacts, grinders, reciprocating saws, jig saws, and skill saws
• Operate stationary tools such as miter saws, table saws, drill presses, and belt sanders
• Assist with work in the shop and on job sites
• Support the team with general labour and assembly tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Interest in hands-on, physical work
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Ability to work both in the shop and outdoors
• Reliable and team-focused attitude
